Brighton vs Crystal Palace- over 1.5 (Tip: 1-1)
Crystal Palace, in their last 2 visits to the AMEX stadium, have not bagged a victory. I understand that these two teams are local rivals and I’m expecting a good game here. The Eagles have good attacking players such as Gallagher, and Zaha so Brighton will have good defensive work to do here because Palace will try everything to win the game. With the way Brighton are playing well with a lot of confidence, I think they will get something out of this game which is why I will be sitting on the fence and enjoy the moments. FT: BRI 1-1 CRY (CORRECT SCORE)

Man City vs Chelsea- 1X (Tip: 2-1)
I think the moment and conditions are not in favor of Chelsea. They do not have enough defenders; they have COVID-19 cases in the team. Although they beat Tottenham home and away in the Carabao Cup, I’m unconvinced because Man City are high-flying and are a difficult opponent for everyone at the moment. Also, I think the fact that they’re playing at the Etihad will add more advantage for City plus the fans factor. I see the Cityzens edging this one luckily and will make it 12 consecutive league wins but a low-scoring affair. FT: MNC 1-0 CHE (CORRECT OUTCOME)

Newcastle vs Watford- over 1.5 (Tip: 2-1)
Watford have lost their last 6 league games and they are conceding plenty of goals. Since it is hard to stop conceding goals, it is hard to make a case for them because they’re facing a Newcastle side who might have Chris Wood in their lineup. Chris Wood doesn’t score regularly but can be very instrumental. I don’t see the Magpies keeping a clean sheet either because their defensive problem is so clear. As it stands, anybody can win since they can both concede goals. FT: NEW 1-1 WAT (CORRECT OUTCOME)

Norwich vs Everton- 2X (Tip: 0-1)
Norwich’s problems are still there very much; conceding goals and not scoring goal(s). I can’t see any improvement or changes. I keep asking how the Canaries would win games if they are not scoring goals. My opinion remains the same that they don’t have any business in the EPL.
Everton are quite busy in this January transfer window having signed 3 players and selling Lucas Digne. Also, they’ve got Calvert-Lewin back fully fit. They should win or draw this one and it is going to be a low-scoring affair. FT: NOR 2-1 EVE (WRONG OUTCOME)

Wolves vs Southampton- 1X (Tip: 1-0)
Southampton impressed me with a 4-1 victory over Brentford. To be honest, I didn’t see that coming and Broja is a wonder boy; a joy to watch. They will face a rigid Wolves side here and I don’t think they will get a similar outcome here because they won’t get enough chances.
Wolves are playing well tightly and I love the way they transit into phases during games. They have shown us defensive prowess and I think that’s how West Ham started last season into becoming big boys. Bruno Lage deserves some accolades. Soon or later, the goals will come by for the Wolves and I think they will get something here. FT: WOL 3-1 SOU (CORRECT OUTCOME)

Aston Villa vs Man Utd- over 1.5 (Tip: 1-1)
There are problems at Man Utd and I think their problems would catch up with them here. Aston Villa will have fire in their belly after the 1-0 defeat at Old Trafford in the FA Cup and will be determined to flip the outcome here. Villa’s new signings will also be fresh and available and I think they’ll put in a good shape to the team and help do the damage, if and only if, they can be well-disciplined like Wolves. FT: ASV 2-2 MNU (CORRECT OUTCOME)

Liverpool vs Brentford- 1X (Tip: 2-0)
Liverpool couldn’t beat 10-man Arsenal with Minamino, Jota, and Firmino in the midweek and it is glaring that they are less in quality upfront without Salah and Mané. There is Origi as an option to play upfront as well and they should win this either or not conveniently because they play at home. The earlier they score, the better the chance to win because the Bees will take their time to settle into the game. And if Brentford put up the same performance they had against City during Christmas, I’m afraid the Reds might find it very difficult to win the game. FT: LIV 3-0 BRE (CORRECT OUTCOME)

West Ham vs Leeds Utd- 1 (Tip: 3-1)
West Ham have suddenly found their rhythm back and are now hard to get at. They played against Leeds in the FA Cup a while ago in which they got a 2-0 victory and I am going to back them to get another victory here.
Leeds Utd seem to be having a quite poor season run and I don’t see them getting something out of this game. They might manage to score a goal or two, but I don’t see them getting a result here. FT: WHU 2-3 LEE ((WRONG OUTCOME)

Tottenham vs Arsenal- Under 3.5 (Tip: 1-1) POSTPONED!
Tottenham got beaten twice by Chelsea and knocked out of the Carabao Cup but Conte is still unbeaten in the league after 8 league games since he took charge of Tottenham. Asides from that, this is a London derby and it always comes with some kind of ginger. So I’m expecting a good game and I’m eager to see if Arsenal can retain their fabulous identity when they play within a short period and away from home. Something tells me there won’t be many goals here but we will get to enjoy a few brilliant moments. POSTPONED!

NOTE: The fixture between Burnley and Leicester has been postponed due to COVID-19 outbreak.
