🐺 WOLVES VS LIVERPOOL 🔴 (12:30 WAT) 

I don’t know what to say about Wolves or how to make a case for them. They are fighting hard but it would have been fruitful if they made quality signings. Gary O’Neil is doing a great job so to speak and I believe that they will get a reward at some point but not in this one. Liverpool are cruising and flexing muscles right now. They’ve got the fluidity going forward and I am confident that they will get a result here just like they got it against Aston Villa last time out.

🦁 ASTON VILLA VS CRYSTAL PALACE 🦅 (15:00 WAT) 

Crystal Palace managed to get a result at Selhurst Park last time out in a 3-2 victory against Wolves. I don’t think they will get a similar outcome here, moreover, the last time they visited Villa Park, it was a 1-0 defeat. Aston Villa will be keen to bounce back here after a 3-0 defeat against Liverpool last time out. I’m sure Unai Emery will be asking more from his boys and will do everything possible to avoid a second consecutive defeat. I am not expecting a spectacular performance or scoreline but rather a cautious game as the UECL fixture is fast approaching.

⚪ FULHAM VS LUTON TOWN 👒 (15:00 WAT) 

Fulham have made a couple of new signings and I am expecting Alex Iwobi and Lucas Ocampos to make their debut. Yes, they lost heavily to Man City last time out and they will be looking at this fixture as the perfect game to bounce back to winning ways and boost their confidence. Luton Town, on the other hand, are slowly settling down into the Premier League – there’s been a change in the pace of their game a little bit. I believe that they will win a few games but I don’t know which one yet and I haven’t seen it coming around.

👹 MAN UTD VS BRIGHTON 🐦 (15:00 WAT) 

Brighton had an impressive performance last time out against Newcastle and I feel they are capable of building on it, especially with the crisis at Man Utd presently. I feel sorry for Man Utd that all this crisis is happening to them – first, it was Greenwood, now it is Antony. In my opinion, I feel Antony is innocent but I’ve always believed in a proverb that says ‘If you do not want to be stained, don’t go or walk near the mud at all’. So for the suspended Antony, Man Utd have got options with Garnacho, Facundo Pellistri, and Sancho in that order and I believe they will get the business going. For this fixture, it is difficult to back a side because sometimes, you question both team’s consistency but I believe there will be goals.

⚪ TOTTENHAM VS SHEFFIELD UTD ⚔️ (15:00 WAT) 

Sheffield Utd are working hard but I know they won’t get the reward here because Tottenham are playing beautiful football at the moment. They got a draw last time out against Everton – a game they could have probably won but I think they lack discipline, especially on how to keep opponents out. I do not see them getting a result here. I am expecting Tottenham to secure maximum points here and put that joyous smile on the faces of their home fans.

⚒️ WEST HAM VS MAN CITY 💎 (15:00 WAT) 

West Ham are playing well and gaining more confidence game after game. They are in gear and are unbeaten in this new campaign and they could cause the Cityzens some problems here but the good news is that Pep Guardiola could be back on the touchline which is going to make a lot of difference. Man City are defending Champions, a team that does not respect any other team either when they are at home or away from home. I believe they will be determined to win this one to keep their 100% record going on this new campaign.

⚫ NEWCASTLE VS BRENTFORD 🐝 (17:30 WAT) 

Newcastle are a team I have high expectations for as they play UCL this season but watching them fall apart against Brighton last time out has got me questioning their consistency – is this the team that will play UCL in the group of death? I’ve been skeptical about them but that doesn’t mean I undermine them against Brentford. Even Brentford, on the other hand, let it fall apart against Bournemouth last time out but they got a draw luckily in the last minute via Mbeumo’s 96th minute equalizer. I will be sitting on the fence here and I think this will be a high-scoring affair.

🍒 BOURNEMOUTH VS CHELSEA 🔵 (14:00 WAT) 

I won’t be surprised if Chelsea lose again here because Bournemouth are looking like they’ve got goals in them at the moment. It’s been coming and if they get the reward here, then it is well deserved. Why against Chelsea? Because Chelsea’s consistency has been in question since last season. They are now looking like the old Arsenal that lacked consistency and always have disappointment around the corner. Nevertheless, I still expect the Blues to get something out of this game because they will be keen to get back to winning ways after losing to Nott. Forest last time out. I couldn’t believe how Nicolas Jackson couldn’t score from three yards out. I’m sure he would be eager to make up for it in this one.

🔵 EVERTON VS ARSENAL 🔴 (16:30 WAT) 

The last time the Gunners visited Goodison Park, they lost 1-0 and the league title slipped off their hands. I want to believe that they will have some fire in their belly here and seek a kind of revenge. Everton have been poor and are yet to win a game this season and I’m confident that they will not get their first win here. They might get a goal here due to the addition of Beto who should make his Premier League debut here but I am expecting Arsenal to take the 3 points back home.

🎄 NOTT. FOREST VS BURNLEY 📛 (19:45 WAT) 

Burnley are gradually settling into the Premier League over time but how long will it take before they start winning games? One bitter truth for them here is that Nott. Forest are strong at home and if you look at their squad, you will realize that they don’t have a problem scoring goals anymore. In my opinion, they are now looking like a Premier League side. I feel like they realize that they have to win some games and I think this is one of those games after a massive win against Chelsea last time out. I think they will build on it, and gain momentum, and I strongly believe that they will manage to cross over the line here.
